WRR 101.9 for Life reaped three wins: Best Radio Variety Show Host for Laila
Golden Dove, CMMA cite ABS-CBN
ABS-CBN took home almost half of the honors at the 14th Annual KBP Golden Dove Awards, and bagged 11 more plums at the 27th Catholic Mass Media Awards, both held recently at the Star Theater in CCP Complex and RCBC auditorium, respectively.
Leading ABS-CBN’s roster of KBP Golden Dove winners are "TV Patrol World," named Best TV Newscast (national) and "Wowowee," this year’s Best TV Variety Show (national). The network’s "Flag Campaign" received the award for Best TV Public Service Announcement (national), and the show "Art Jam," Best TV Children’s Program (national).
ABS-CBN AM radio station DZMM Radyo Patrol 630 romped off with the Best AM Radio Station award. Best Radio Newscast award went to DZMM’s "7 a.m. Radyo Patrol Balita," and Best Radio Field Reporter, to Anthony Taberna.

Best Radio Station Promotion Material for "Ernie," and Best Radio Public Service Announcement for "Basura."
ABS-CBN Regional Network Group (RNG) stood out as well with the ABS-CBN TV 10 Iloilo cited as the Best TV Station (local). RNG’s awardees also include "TV Patrol Bacolod" for Best TV Newscast (local), TV 4 Bacolod’s "The Morning Show: Halalan Special" for Best TV Public Affairs Program (local), Angela Calina of TV 3 Cebu’s "Chikahay Ta!" for Best TV Magazine Talkshow Host (local), TV Patrol Central Visaya’s Leo Lastimoza for Best TV Newscaster (local) and TV 4 Bacolod’s Angelo Angolo for Best GV Field Reporter (local).
Studio 23, ABS-CBN’s sister company, got awards for Best TV Culture and Arts Program for "The San Miguel Philharmonic Orchestra and Master Chorale with Ryan Cayabyab," and for Best TV Magazine Talkshow Host for "YSpeak Live’s" Ryan Agoncillo.
Meanwhile, CMMA honored ABS-CBN’s "Sports Unlimited" (Best Sports Show), "Quizon Avenue" (Best Comedy Program), "Ryan Cayabyab, The Musicman at 50" (Best Special Event Coverage), ANC’s "ANC Money" (Best Business News/Feature), and ABS-CBN Cebu’s "For Life," (Best Drama Series/Program) and "TV Patrol Central Visayas" (Best News Program).
DZMM also bagged CMMA plums for its programs "Tambalang Failon at Sanchez" (Best News Commentary), "Radyo Negosyo" (Best Business News or Feature), and "Gabay Kalusugan" (Best Educational Program).
ABS-CBN 2005 Summer Station ID won Best Music Video, and Star Records’ "The Joys of Healing" won Best Album.
